Summary: An edge network switch connecting to the Chicago Internet Exchange is undergoing a restart due to a software fault.
Impact on Customer: We expect a minimal impact. Changes to traffic routes will be made to hopefully subside routing issues. However, please note that there may be a temporary slowdown and/or brief drops in traffic traversing the network as a result of this.
Updates: We will provide updates via our status page as we receive them from SBA Edge’s network operations center. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page (https://status.hosturly.com).
