    Emergency Network Maintenance – December 19th, 2023

    Services Affected: Dedicated & Colocation Customers in CHI-R2
    Start Time: 8AM ET
    Estimated End Time: 9AM ET

    Summary: We are performing a top-of-rack (TOR) switch upgrade in one of our legacy cabinets, CHI-R2, to further improve network performance, reliability, and capacity.

    Impact on Customer: There will be a brief impact to all customers located in this cabinet at some point throughout this maintenance period as we will be moving ethernet cables from the legacy Juniper switch to the new one. To find out if you are affected, please refer to our dedicated/colocation panel to see if your machine has an identifier that begins with “CHI-R2”.
