Services Affected: Path-Routed Services in Chicago, Illinois Data Center
Start Date: November 7th, 2024 @ 2 AM ET
Estimated End Date: November 7th, 2024 @ 6 AM ET
Summary: GTT Communications, one of our upstream's Tier 1 carriers, is performing maintenance in their Chicago place of presence (PoP) in the dawn hours of 11/7/24.
Impact on Customer: There is an inherent risk of interruptions for traffic traversing over GTT's network at this time. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency. Our team will monitor network flows and make routing changes to ensure availability as needed.
