Summary: Cogent Communications, one of our upstream providers, will be performing network maintenance in the Chicago region to further enhance performance, reliability, and capability.

Impact on Customer: During this window, Cogent’s network team will be making changes that will impact traffic. Prior to the maintenance, our network team will isolate as much traffic as possible away from Cogent to limit any potential disruption. Traffic impact, if any, should be limited to routes that have no alternative path outside of Cogent. While we will take every possible step to minimize and isolate impact, there is always an inherent risk of disruption while changes are applied. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Summary: We will be performing maintenance on LON-P-VPS-1 to replace a failing memory stick.

Impact on Customer: During this window, one of our datacenter technicians will be performing a hardware replacement that will require powering down LON-P-VPS-1. Once the replacement is complete, the machine will be brought back online. We have scheduled this window to account for other pending tasks that may affect the exact timing of this work. Physgun - Panel Maintenance - gamecp.physgun.com - December 5th, 2025
Location Affected: All shared Physgun customers

Summary:
We will be performing scheduled maintenance to migrate to our new game panel. The existing panel will be unavailable for an estimated up to 4 hours (though the window may be extended if needed). This maintenance only affects the control panel, not live game traffic.

Impact on Customer:
During the maintenance window, the game panel will be inaccessible, and you will not be able to manage, restart, or configure your servers from the panel. Your servers will remain online during the migration, but once the upgrade is completed, all servers will be rebooted, causing a brief interruption in service per server. As this is a major upgrade, bugs or issues may occur after the migration; if you notice anything unusual, please open a ticket so our team can investigate and resolve it.
