Websites that were temporarily moved to a different PHP version during the maintenance have been returned to their previously selected version.

    The PHP security fix has been applied and web hosting has been restored. All services are back online. Some websites were moved to a different, patched PHP version; if your site isn't working as expected, please open a support ticket. Additional PHP updates from CloudLinux are still being rolled out, and we may make further changes once they're available. Any further maintenance will be announced here.

Web hosting services on affected servers remain offline out of precaution while the patched PHP packages for our hosting platform are rolled out by our software vendors.     Services Affected: Client areas, control panels, web hosting, and other PHP-based web applications

    Start: October 21st, 2026 @ 8:30 UTC

    Estimated End: October 21st, 2026 @ 15:00 UTC

    Summary: A serious security flaw has been found in PHP, the software that powers many web applications around the world. This is a global issue affecting PHP-based applications across the internet, not something specific to our services. The flaw could allow an attacker to break into these web applications and access the information stored on them. Normally, security flaws like this are kept private until a fix is available. In this case, news of the flaw became public before the fix was ready. The fix is expected today at 14:00 UTC.

    Impact on Customer: To keep your data safe, we have taken these web applications offline out of precaution until the fix is released and installed. During this window, you will not be able to log in to any of these web applications, such as the client area, control panels, and other PHP-based applications. Web hosting services are also affected. All other services, including game servers, VPS, dedicated servers, and colocation, are not affected and will continue to run normally. You just won't be able to manage them until maintenance is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Infraly - Chicago - Network Connectivity Issues

    After further investigation with our transit provider, we traced the instability to a control plane issue on one of our edge routers, which was negatively affecting traffic traversing the associated carrier port. The port itself and our provider's network were not at fault.

    We have applied adjustments to the affected router to correct the behavior. Traffic has been traversing the network normally since 19:13 UTC, with no recurrence since the changes were made. We will continue to keep additional monitoring on this router.

    Traffic is traversing the network normally again. We observed a flap on one of our carrier ports that caused a period of packet loss and reachability issues for some customers.
