Start Date: July 5th, 2024 @ 12 AM ET
Estimated End Date: July 5th, 2024 @ 5 AM ET

Summary: We will be conducting an upgrade on a single dark fiber connection between our facility at 603 Discovery Drive in West Chicago and 350 East Cermak Road in downtown Chicago.

Impact on Customer: There is no expected interruption to service as redundant dark fiber connections will remain online and operational; however, there may be a temporary slowdown and/or increase in latency. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency.

Power Maintenance – June 27th, 2024

Services Affected: Chicago, Illinois Data Center
Start Date: June 27th, 2024 @ 8 AM ET
Estimated End Date: June 27th, 2024 @ 6 PM ET

Summary: SBA Edge will be performing equipment upgrades to medium voltage utility ATS switches on-site. The systems will be tested and recommissioned during this maintenance window as well. IT loads and peripheral systems are protected by (4) 2MW Caterpillar diesel engines. SBA engineering and necessary support personnel will be on-site.

Impact on Customer: There is no expected interruption to service; however, transferring systems creates inherent risk. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency.

Summary: We will be performing maintenance on our infrastructure cluster to further improve performance, reliability, and capability.

Impact on Customer: The following sites will be affected: shop.hosturly.com, dedi.hosturly.com, vps.hosturly.com, firewall.hosturly.com, and lg.chi.hosturly.com. During this maintenance, these sites will be in a degraded state, meaning that you may or may not be able to access them. If during this time you encounter an action to be done on a panel but are unable to do so, please contact support to get it executed ASAP.
