Start Date: June 28th, 2024 @ 12 AM ET
Estimated End Date: June 28th, 2024 @ 3 AM ET
Summary: We will be conducting an upgrade on a single dark fiber connection between our facility at 603 Discovery Drive in West Chicago and 427 South La Salle Street in downtown Chicago.
Impact on Customer: There is no expected interruption to service as redundant dark fiber connections will remain online and operational; however, there may be a temporary slowdown and/or increase in latency. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency.
