Services Affected: Path-Routed Services in Chicago, Illinois Data Center
Start Date: October 3rd, 2024 @ 1 AM ET
Estimated End Date: October 3rd, 2024 @ 7 AM ET
Summary: Equinix will be performing maintenance on their internet exchange platforms in several locations in the dawn hours of 10/3/24.
Impact on Customer: There is an inherent risk of interruptions for traffic traversing over Equinix's IXs at this time; however, traffic will rebalance to other upstreams. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency.
