This has been completed without impact to customers. We will continue to monitor over the next 24 hours to see if it resolves the TCP connection issue now that we are traversing over 4 filtering devices in Path's Kansas City PoP.

In the next 30 minutes, we will be pushing traffic over to two additional load balancers in KC. When this happens, there may be a brief period while traffic is rebalancing.

The current issues we have been experiencing with the network is due to overloaded Path load balancers in KC. We are working with Path to open more avenues for traffic to flow through. This should calm down the infrequent TCP issues and traffic interruptions.
