    Summary: One of our primary internet carriers in London will be performing a physical core network relocation within the facility. They have provided us very short notice for this.

    Impact on Customer: All customers in London will experience a brief disruption while we proactively shift traffic to an alternative internet carrier. We are still finalizing the timeline for this turnover and will publish a maintenance notice once the schedule is confirmed. This rerouting will be completed ahead of the provider's maintenance to minimize any impact. We sincerely apologize for the short notice, as we only received this information within the past few hours. We have raised this issue with the internet carrier and made it clear that such limited notice is unacceptable.
