GTT Emergency Network Maintenance – November 14th, 2024
Services Affected: Path-Routed Services in Chicago, Illinois Data Center
Start Date: November 14th, 2024 @ 12:30 AM ET
Estimated End Date: November 14th, 2024 @ 4:30 AM ETSummary: GTT Communications, one of our upstream's Tier 1 carriers, is performing maintenance in their Chicago place of presence (PoP) in the dawn hours of 11/14/24. This maintenance has been scheduled following a router failure that caused disruptions over the past 48 hours.
Impact on Customer: There is an inherent risk of interruptions for traffic traversing over GTT's network at this time. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency. Our team will monitor network flows and make routing changes to ensure availability as needed.
Updates: We will provide updates via our status page throughout the maintenance. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page (https://status.infraly.co).

Services Affected: WISP Front-end Services
Start Date: November 5th, 2024 @ 9:30 AM ET
Estimated End Date: November 5th, 2024 @ 10:30 AM ETSummary: Our team will perform emergency maintenance to enhance the infrastructure of WISP front-end services. We apologize for the short notice; however, this maintenance must be done to ensure the overall stability of the platform.
Impact on Customer: Front-end services will become inaccessible for a short period in this maintenance as they are upgraded. We have scheduled an hour window for caution, but do not anticipate a loss of accessibility for the entire window. Please note that game servers are not affected - WISP daemons will continue to operate.

Services Affected: Chicago, Illinois Data Center
Start Date: September 19th, 2024 @ 9 AM ET
Estimated End Date: September 19th, 2024 @ 6 PM ETSummary: SBA Edge will be performing minor equipment repairs to two (2) of the four (4) 1.6MW UPS systems. IT loads and peripheral systems are protected by (4) 2MW Caterpillar diesel engines. SBA engineering and necessary support personnel will be on-site.
Impact on Customer: There is no expected interruption to service; however, transferring systems creates inherent risk. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency.
