Summary: Cogent Communications, one of our Tier 1 carriers, is performing maintenance on their core network infrastructure to further enhance performance, reliability, and capability.
Impact on Customer: Cogent anticipates disruption during this window. To minimize the effect on your services, our network team will withdraw traffic from Cogent for the duration of their maintenance. Please note that shifting traffic in this way can invalidate or drop existing connections. We take every step to isolate and limit the impact, but there is always some inherent risk when changes are applied. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
