Dear user,
Please refer to a very important maintenance announcement that may have an impact on hosting services:
Infraly - Chicago - Cogent Network Maintenance – September 4th, 2026
Services Affected: Chicago, Illinois Data Center
Start: September 4th, 2026 @ 5:00 UTC
Estimated End: September 4th, 2026 @ 7:00 UTC
Summary: Cogent Communications, one of our Tier 1 carriers, is performing maintenance on their core network infrastructure to further enhance performance, reliability, and capability.
Impact on Customer: Cogent anticipates disruption during this window. To minimize the effect on your services, our network team will withdraw traffic from Cogent for the duration of their maintenance. Please note that shifting traffic in this way can invalidate or drop existing connections. We take every step to isolate and limit the impact, but there is always some inherent risk when changes are applied. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Updates: We will provide updates via our status page throughout the maintenance. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page (https://status.infraly.co).
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our client relations team via support ticket. Thank you again for your cooperation and support!
Sincerely,
