Infraly, LLC - Physgun - London - Emergency Security Maintenance – November 4th, 2026 – Maintenance details

Dear user,

Please refer to a very important maintenance announcement that may have an impact on hosting services:

Physgun - London - Emergency Security Maintenance – November 4th, 2026

Services Affected: Game Hosting, Managed Game Server Nodes (London)
Start Date: November 4th, 2026 @ 05:00 UTC
Estimated End Date: November 4th, 2026 @ 08:00 UTC

Summary: Security fixes have been released for vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel that powers our game hosting servers. We will be installing these updates across our London game hosting fleet to keep your servers and data secure.

Impact on Customer: This maintenance includes managed game server nodes. Each server node will be restarted once during this window. Game servers on that node will be briefly offline (typically 5–15 minutes) and will start back up automatically. Nodes are updated in batches, so your server will only be affected for a short part of the window. On some nodes, managing your server from the control panel may be unavailable for up to about an hour while the update installs; your game server keeps running during that time apart from the restart. No data is affected. VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, and our websites and panels are not affected.

Updates: We will provide updates via our status page throughout the maintenance. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page (https://status.infraly.co).

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our client relations team via support ticket. Thank you again for your cooperation and support!

Sincerely,
